(Picture 1) Praying Mantis Hand (Hook Hand): The little and the ring finger bends back to the palm, the middle and the index finger slightly bend and stay apart from each other with the thumb sticking to them. Bend the wrist down to form a hook.

(Picture 2) Unicorn Stance: The front leg bent with its foot closed inside and the knee half crouched and the hind leg kneeled forward with the knee nearly to the floor and closed inside and the heel lifted up. Using both the front foot's outside instep to support and the hind foot's front sole to press down.

Action Group 1: Catching Cicada

(Picture 4) Turn the body left for 90 degree, bend the two legs down in half a crouch, cross the two hands in front of the stomach with the right on top, palms inward.
